Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• Shipments within the U.S., will be sent USPS Priority 2 Day Mail. Customers will be charged a flat fee of $7.60. All purchases/machines will usally be processed and shipped within 1 day of completed  order. Customers can request Overnight Delivery and or through a different carrier of customers choosing. However additional charges will be required according to location. Customer can request during checkout or leave email.

• International Shipping will be determined on case by case basis, depending on location and distance to be figured up in purchase total.

Return Criteria:

• Returns will be excepted only if the product shows signs of manufacturer defect that inhibiting proper  function of the machine. In which case, Spun Iron Tattoo Machines will service the machine and bring it to optimal performance, applying as many labor hours needed, replacing parts (if necessary) free of charge to purchaser. Customer must contact us within 14 Days of delivery or manufacture defect claim can not be excepted. If claim is made within 14 Days of delivery, product must be returned in new condition and mailed back in original packaging.

Return shipping 

• Will be paid by purchaser for Spun Iron Tattoo Machines to look over and service machine, in which case; if it has been determined that their infact was a manufacturers defect, Spun Iron Tattoo Machines will pay for return shipping back to customer, after  building machine back to performance of our high standards.
